I have a lot of experience tutoring students at all levels of ability. My goal as a tutor is to supplement each student's education with sessions that are fun and interesting to keep students engaged and motivated. I'm a laid-back person and I'm easy to get along with, but I'm also very knowledgeable about the subjects I tutor. I also understand that students learn effectively when they receive additional instruction that provides a different perspective or teaching methodology from what they get in the classroom. I can tutor reading, writing, English grammar, elementary and middle school math, pre-algebra, and test preparation for the PSAT, SAT, and others. In my free time, I enjoy learning on my own for fun, cooking, and outdoor activities.
